I use it for deep sleep since I struggle with that and I really enjoy it. Everything from the background sounds to his voice are all very soothing.

Always play it when I am falling asleep, just wish I could program it to repeat for a certain amount of times. But I love it anyways and it gets 5 stars from me!

I love the variety of subjects and lengths these hypnosis sessions cover. There is always the perfect one for the amount of time I have or the mood Im in. There are so many I rarely have repeated any of them. I find them all to be insightful and soothing.

I decided to make some positive changes in my life- beginning with less Doctors & less medication-which in my experience just made things worse over time, causing physical addiction and an array of other problems. (I have suffered from depression and anxiety since I was young.). I found and downloaded Josephs free app to combat insomnia. It worked!! The next day I purchased the rest of Josephs collection. When I go to sleep listening to Joseph-I wake up feeling good. Throughout the day sometimes I take a few minutes to sit and listen to one of his podcasts it is a great mood boost and anxiety reducer! I cant wait to see how many positive changes this will bring in my life over time. Thank you Joseph!

Great info

I have meditated and used hypnosis for years. This guy is covering subject matter that NO ONE ELSE is doing, and it is so well done that I am having AHA! moments on the psychological level while at the same time working deeply at the unconscious level. I cannot believe the difference this is making already. I am telling everyone I know! Never heard of this guy before, but I am sold on him now!

I really enjoyed listening to this information. I found the app quite by accident. But in the grand scheme of things, there are No accidents. The info is very timely and delivered clearly.

Ive been listening to the blogs & doing the hypnosis sessions for a couple of weeks now. I find them really beneficial in helping me stay positive & reinforcing The direction I am going in. I also noticed some minor but real changes in for the positive. I hope with continued use I can break old habits regarding my thinking pattern & naturally default to the positive all the time.

Ive tried so many hypnosis apps, and this is one of my top favs. Josephs voice and hypnosis style is my top choice. I do wish though that these tracks could be played on loop with timed settings; but I do love the options available regardless. I think Joseph seems like a completely genuine guy and is really Fulfilling his lifes purpose here.

I find his hypnosis messages very peaceful & helpful & will listen to them everyday ;))
