He has helped me with so much. I listen to his tracks every night to help me sleep and to help heal my subconscious after enduring many years of abuse. He (along with other factors) has helped me overcome depression and he is currently helping me overcome PTSD. I cant say enough good things about JC and his hypnosis tracks. After almost 26 years of trying everything, I finally stopped and havent look felt the desire to bite again. I really wanted to try hypnosis but in-person sessions are too expensive. So thankful this worked for me!

I have tried all the hypnosis apps and this is the best.I used to work night shift for years and since then insomnia is a big problem, but this actually works.Only complaint is that I wish you could loop the track to play over and over or have sleep music play at end for like 8 hours.

I listen to these hypnosis sessions everyday and yes they are helping me quite a bit. Its really important for me to really focus on every spoken word instead of letting my mind drift into other things. I do go into the trance and wake up instantly at the end. Im a much more happier more confident person and my income is increasing in trading futures. Thanks so very much for these great tools!

A lot of content thats free and available in the quality of it is really good. However when I download many of the free sessions they dont play all the way through or they dont play at all. Please fix this so I can enjoy the content for healing.

Look honestly I dont buy into this whole hypnosis bs, but I gatta say this REALLY works I did the "Deep Relaxation " and I never felt any better , its like as he was speaking I could feel from head to toe as he counted down my feet to my finger tips waves passing through me to relax me I could barley lift a finger I was soo RELAXED MUST GET !

I decided to buy all the tracks for the 29 dollars since the books I wanted to buy were more expensive. So far Im really enjoying the app. Used the deep sleep hypnosis last night and slept very well.

These are wonderful recordings! Of course, if you can get to a customized in-office session, it will always be better. But, for generic hypnosis, these are very good!

These sessions, I happened to find through the Hayhouse World Summit. I began with the deep relaxation hypnosis. I had been an insomniac for over six months leading to pneumonia and high anxiety. For the first time in months, I slept soundly, throughout the night, without fear. I recommend these sessions for anyone and everyone.

I have a huge issue with this app, especially since I paid for the entire app which was about $30 at the time. You cannot download actual hypnosis sessions without being connected to the internet; understanable. The source of my frustration is having to download the same sessions over and over again because after an update or reboot, they are somehow removed from my iphone.

I found the sessions I use get right to the issues they are designed for. I use them daily to reinforce the ideas and beliefs they offer.

This app has utterly transformed my outlook and I am so grateful for the free and paid content that has been made available to everyone. Joseph Cloughs generosity is a testament to how much he cares about people having access to these valuable sessions so that he can be the change he wants to see in the world. The app is simple to use and full of inspiration and powerful motivation.

I was a bit skeptical at first, however this has turned out to be a great app. Not only the app, but also the stuff Joseph puts out via email and his inspirational videos. This is a man who truly believes in what he is doing.

I use the weight hypnosis every day. It has been a big help in my efforts to Lose weight.
